This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the Judicial Magistrate, Chengam to complete the trial in C.C.No.165 of 2024 and dispose of the same.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing on either side and perused the materials available on record.

3. Considering the limited prayer sought for in this petition, the Judicial Magistrate, Chengam, is directed to complete the trial in C.C.No.165 of 2024 and dispose of the same within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, if not already disposed of.

4. With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition stands disposed of.
