2.The petitioner herein has arrayed as A3 in Crime No.12 of 2021 for the alleged offence under sections 8(c) r/w. 20(b)(ii)(C) and 29 (i) of NDPS Act 1985. The main accused in this case was arrested on 27.02.2021 in connection with seizure of 23.400 Kgs of Ganja from this petitioner's house.

The petitioner also now seeking anticipatory bail.

3.Due to the reasons that the contraband that was seized is a commercial quantity and based on the confession given by the coaccused, the recovery is also from the residence of the petitioner, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
