ORDER
This petition has been filed for transfer of investigation in Crime No.293 of 2023 dated 11.08.2023 from the file of the third respondent to any other women officer not below the rank of Deputy Superintendent of Police.

On instruction, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents submitted that after registration of FIR in Crime No.293 of 2023, detailed enquiry was conducted and thereafter the FIR itself closed as "further action dropped" on 25.03.2023. Therefore, no investigation is pending in Crime No.293 of 2023 on the file of the third respondent.

Considering the above submission, the question of transfer of investigation doesn't arise. Accordingly, the Criminal Original Petition stands dismissed.
