This writ petition has been filed for direction forbearing the respondents 1 to 3 from constructing drainage and laying pipeline and road in petitioner's patta land comprised in SF.No.149/1B, measuring an extent of 0.26.0 Hectares and SF.No.149/2A, measuring an of 0.10.5 hectares, totally an extent of 0.36.50 hectares, situated at Pallikaranai 2/5

On instruction, the learned Standing Counsel appearing for respondents 2 and 3 submitted that already in the year 2010 itself, the drainage and pipeline have been laid including road in the land comprised in survey No.149/2B. Further, no drainage or pipeline or road have been laid in the petitioner's patta land. 3.
Recording the above submission, this writ petition is closed. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions is closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
