ORDER

Alleging that the order of this Court dated 25.11.2016 passed in WP.No.41428 of 2016 has not been complied with by the respondent, the petitioner has come up with the present Contempt Petition.

2.When the matter was taken up for consideration, the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondent produced a copy of the proceedings bearing No.21130/CV-4(1)/2015-8 dated 12.02.2018 issued by the Tamil Nadu State Level Scrutiny Committee, wherein, it has been stated that the petitioner belongs to Hindu-Malayali Scheduled Tribe Community and hence, the community certificate issued to him by the Revenue Divisional Officer, Kallakurichi to that effect was correct. 3.In the light of the aforesaid communication, this Court is of the view that since the order of this Court has been complied with, nothing survives for adjudication. Hence, recording the same, the Contempt Petition stands closed.
