Comp.A.No.114 of 2024 in C.P.No.57 of 1998 SENTHILKUMAR RAMAMOORTHY,J By this application, the applicant seeks restoration of three applications which were dismissed on 13.12.2022 for default.

2. In the affidavit, it is stated that the paternal uncle of learned counsel was seriously ill and died at the relevant point of time. In these circumstances, this application is allowed and, consequently, Comp.A.Nos.511 to 513 of 2023 are restored to the file of this Court.

3. Let these applications be listed on 03.04.2024.
