This application has been filed to implead the respondents 4 and 5 as the defendants 4 and 5 in the suit.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the applicant submitted the respondents 4 and 5 are subsequent purchaser of the property during pendency of the suit.

3. This suit is filed for partition.

As the proposed respondents are subsequent purchasers of the property during the pendency of the suit, for proper adjudication in the suit and to determine the share of the vendor of the proposed parties, they are necessary party to the suit.

4. Accordingly, this application is Ordered. The applicant is directed to carryout amendment and file amended copy of the plaint by 28.03.2024.

5. Suit summons to newly impleaded defendants and counter of the respondents in other applications by 28.03.2024.
