This petition has been filed to quash the case in Crime No.13 of 2023 on the file of the 1st Respondent Police.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the first respondent submitted that the charge sheet has been filed in C.C.No.60 of 2024 before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Arani.

3. Recording the aforesaid submission, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
