O R D E R

Petition for relaxation of condition imposed in C.M.P.No.1721 of 2015 dated 8.6.2015 on the file of learned Principal Sessions Judge, Salem.

2. On 8.6.2015, in C.M.P.No.1721 of 2015, the learned Principal Sessions Judge, Salem , while granting anticipatory bail to these petitioners has imposed a condition that the petitioners should appear and sign before the respondent police daily at 10.00 a.m., until further orders.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that the petitioners herein are complying with the said condition scrupulously. Hence, they have come forward with the present petition to modify the said condition.

4. Learned Government Advocate (crl.side) also submitted that petitioners are regularly complying with the said condition. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

5.Considering the submissions of both sides to the effect that the petitioners are strictly complying with the conditions imposed in C.M.P.No.1721 of 2015 dated 8.6.2015, this Court is constrained to relax the same and accordingly, the condition imposed by the learned Principal Sessions Judge, Salem is fully relaxed.

6. This petition is disposed of accordingly.
