Common Prayer: Writ petitions have been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying for a Writ of Mandamus directing the first respondent to issue hall ticket to the petitioner for the B.Ed first year exams to be held on May 2017 and permit the petitioners to appear for the B.Ed first year exams to be held on May 2017.

COMMON ORDER These Writ Petitions are filed seeking a Mandamus directing the first respondent to issue hall ticket to the petitioners for the B.Ed Course, first year exams to be held on May 2017 and permit the petitioner to appear for the exams to be held on May 2017.

2.Today, when the matter is taken up for consideration, learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submitted that the prayer sought for in the writ petitions has become infructuous. 3.Recording the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioners, since the prayer sought for in these petitions is to write the exam held on May 2017, nothing survives for adjudication. Hence, these writ petitions are dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are also closed.
