ORDER

This writ petition has been filed for a Mandamus seeking for a direction to the 2nd respondent and the 1st respondent to complete the processing of the petitioner's application dated 08.07.2019 for citizenship and grant Certificate of Registration of Citizenship of India to the petitioner.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 2 and 3 fairly submitted that the petitioner was issued Citizenship Certificate and subsequently, the 2/4

petitioner has got the Certificate of Registration of Citizenship of India, for which submission, the learned counsel for the petitioner has also conceded.

3. In view of the fair submissions, the relief sought for in this writ petition has been achieved by the petitioner and thus, the writ petition stands closed. No costs.
