This Petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner that he shall report before the learned trial Judge on all working days at 10.30 a.m., till framing of charges and also appear before the respondent Police, on every Saturday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders in Crl.O.P.No.27754 of 2022 dated 11.11.2022.

2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly imposed by this Court.

3.Considering the said submission, the condition imposed on the petitioner is relaxed.
