The present application has been filed to implead the 4th and 5th respondents herein as the defendants 4 & 5 in the above suit in C.S.No.144 of 2022.
2. In spite of notice served on the proposed respondents and their names are printed in the cause list, when the matter is taken up for hearing today, there was no representation on their side and they are also not present before this Court and are called absent and hence, they are set ex-parte. Considering the averments made in the affidavit filed in support of this application, the present application stands ordered. 3.Learned counsel for the plaintiff is directed to make necessary amendments within 09.04.2025.
4.Mr.Ram Kumar, learned counsel appearing for the third defendant in C.s.No.144 of 2022 and fourth defendant in C.S.No.142 of 2022 would submit that he is unable to represent the respective defendants. The said statement is taken on record. The Registy is directed to delete his name from the cause list. Learned counsel for the plaintiff is directed to take appropriate steps to substitute the representative of the respective defendants in the Suits. 5.Plaintiff shall take steps to serve the Suit summons on the newly impleaded defendant within a period of one week from today.
