The relief sought by the petitioner in this civil revision petition is to set aside the judgment and decree dated 14.08.2018 of the lower Court, particularly made in C.M.A.No.5 of 2015 on the file of the II Additional District Judge, Puducherry modifying the order 27.07.2015 in the I.A.No.188 of 2015 filed in I.A.No.457 of 2014 in O.S.No.103 of 2014 dated on the file of the Sub Court, Puducherry..

2. Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the matter has become infructuous and nothing survives in this civil revision petition for further adjudication. He also made an endorsement to that effect in the case bundle.

3. In view of the above submission coupled with the endorsement made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this civil revision petition is dismissed as having become infructuous. No costs. 17.10.2023 vca Index :
