2013 issued by the District Munsif's Court, Nagapattinam in pursuance of the order of the District Court, Nagapattinam dated 30.10.2013 (not communicated to the Petitioners or their Counsel) transferring the Suit in O.S.NO.102 of 2012 on the file of the District Munsif's Court, Nagapattinam to the file of the District Munsif cum Judicial Magistrate Court at Vedaraniyam and later re-numbered as O.S.No.
Order: This petition coming or for Extension of time on the Friday, the Twenty Fourth day of September Two Thousand Twenty One and perusing the earlier order dated 04.11.2020 and 14.11.2019 and letter dated 05.08.2021 vide D.No.332/2021 from The District Munsif, Nagapattinam, this court made the following order:- By an order dated 14.11.2019, this Court allowed the C.R.P. (PD).No.4714 of 2013, with a direction to the learned District Munsif, Nagapattinam to re-number the suit and decide the same, as expeditiously as possible, in any event, not later than six months from the date of receipt of a copy of that order. 2.On a letter by the learned District Munsif, Nagapattinam, to the Registry dated 18.09.2020, seeking extension of six months time to dispose of the case in O.S.No.102 of 2012, this Court by the order dated 04.11.2020 in C.R.P.(PD).No.4714 of 2013, granted six months time to dispose of the said suit.
3.Again the learned District Munsif, Nagapattinam, by the letter to the Registry dated 05.08.2021 seeks further six months time to dispose of the suit in O.S.No.102 of 2012, on the ground that due to Covid-19 pandemic situation, the speedy disposal of the suit has been delayed.
4.Considering the prevailing pandemic situation, further six months time is hereby granted to dispose of O.S.No.102 of 2012, from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. -sd/- 24/09/2021 / TRUE COPY / Sub-Assistant Registrar ( Statistics / C.S. ) High Court, Madras - 600 104.
