Prayer : Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuance of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus calling for the records of the second Respondent in Na.Ka.No.13241/E5/2011 Dated 12.12.2011 as confirmed by the First respondent in Appeal No.06/2012 dated 29.06.2015, quash the same and consequently direct the second respondent to forthwith issue the Arms license for holding a Pistol in favour of the Petitioner.
