Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue writ of Mandamus directing the 3rd respondents to take action against the respondents 4 to 6 under the provision of Rule 2B, Sectin 86(1) of the Registration Act pursuant to the order of 2nd respondent dated 29.09.2020 in L.R.No.4056/A2/2019 and based on petitioner's representation dated 10.02.2021.

ORDER

The petitioner seeks a direction to the third respondent to initiate prosecution against private respondents based on the proceedings of the second respondent dated 29.09.2020 in L.R.No.4056/A2/2019.

2.Mr.T.M.Pappiah, learned Special Government Pleader entered appearance for the respondents 1 to 3 and made a statement that the action consequent to the proceedings of the second respondent stated above would be soon initiated. 3.The said statement of the learned Special Government Pleader is recorded.

4.The Writ Petition is accordingly allowed with a direction to the third respondent to abide by the proceedings of the second respondent in L.R.No.4056/A2/2019 dated 29.09.2020. No costs.
