ORDER

The writ petition has been filed to direct the respondents 1 to 3 to pay the compensation of Rs.25,00,000/- for the petitioner's illegal detention from 10.02.2021 to 12.02.2021 in Crime No.445 of 2020 on the file of the third respondent.

Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the present petition. She has also made an endorsement in the Court bundle to that effect.
