The prayer sought for herein is for a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents No. 2 to survey the petitioner property and earmark the boundaries with police protection for fencing the petitioner property situated at Karadivavi Panchayat Board karadivavi village in S No. 262 / 1A 1B 1C 1D Palladam Taluk Tiruppur District.
2. The petitioner, in order to survey his land situated at S.No. 262 / 1A 1B 1C 1D Palladam Taluk Tiruppur District, has made an application to the respondents on 15.12.2022 and has paid the necessary fee also to that effect on 19.12.2022. Therefore, in order to consider the same and to do the needful to complete the survey within a time frame, the petitioner has moved the present writ petition.
3. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate for the official respondents. In view of the order that is going to be passed in this writ petition, notice to the private respondent is hereby dispensed with.

4. Learned Government Advocate for the official respondents would submit that, the application submitted by the petitioner would be considered and the needful would be undertaken to survey the land of the petitioner within a time frame that may be stipulated by this Court.
5. Recording the said submission of the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents, this Court is inclined to direct the official respondents to do the needful for completing the survey after giving notice to the petitioner as well as the 6th respondent herein within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. With the above directions, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
