Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner seeks permission of this court to withdraw the Civil Revision Petition with liberty to file appropriate application before the Trial Court in O.S.No.126 of 2012 on the file of II Additional District Court, Thiruvallur at Poonamallee, to amend the cause title with regard to the substitution of the Power Agent. The learned counsel has also made an endorsement to that effect.

2. In view of the same, the above Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as withdrawn and liberty is given as prayed for. If such an application is filed by the petitioner-plaintiff, the Trial Court shall decide the same, in accordance with law. No costs. Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
