The petition has been filed to direct the respondent police viz, The Inspector of Police T.2, Ambattur Industrial Estate Police Station, Ambattur, Chennai to give proper police protection to the petitioner by considering the representation dated 25.09.2019.

3.Learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents submitted that the respondent police conducted an enquiry with the counter part and the complaint was closed. 4.Recorded the said submission, this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
5.Further, it is seen that there is a civil dispute between the petitioner and the Counter part and hence, the petitioner is at liberty to approach the civil forum for appropriate relief.
