JAYACHANDRAN CRIMINAL MISCELLANEOUS PETITION No.4064 of 2022 IN CRL OP.4529/2021 VEDANAYAGAM [ PETITIONER/ACCUSED ] Vs THE INSPECTOR OF POLICE, [ RESPONDENT ] J3 POLICE STATION, GUINDY, CHENNAI, CRIME NO.51/2021 Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner, in appearing before the respondent police for monthly twice i.e. on 1st and 15th of every month at 10.30 a.m., until further orders vide order in Crl.M.P No.14251/2021 in Crl.OP.No.4529/2021 vide order dated 03.01.2022.
Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S. S.XAVIER FELIX, Advocate for the petitioner and of M/S.S.SANTHOSH, Govt. Advocate ( Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P.No.14251 of 2021 in Crl.O.P.No.4529 of 2021 dated 03.01.2022.
2.The petitioner has not complied the condition of reporting before the Investigating Officer monthly twice i.e,., 1st and 15th of every month.

3.Hence, this Court is not inclined to relax the bail condition since the petitioner is the accused in murder case and not complied the modified condition imposed by this Court in the order dated 03.01.2022.
4.In view of the above facts, the Criminal Miscellaneous Petition stands dismissed. It is open to the respondent police to secure the petitioner for breach of the bail condition.
