This criminal original petition has been filed to quash the FIR registered in Crime No.252 of 2021 pending investigation on the file of the 1st respondent. 1/4

2.When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that a Referred Charge Sheet is going to be filed as 'Further Action Dropped' before the learned Judicial Magistrate-II, Jayamkondam. A copy of the final report was also placed before this Court. 3.In the light of the above development, there shall be a direction to the respondent police to file the Referred Charge Sheet before the concerned Court, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order. 4.In the light of this development, the grievance of the petitioner is redressed and recording the same, this criminal original petition is disposed of. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
