(Order of the Court made by M.DURAISWAMY,J.) The petitioner has filed the above Contempt Petition to punish the respondents for the willful disobedience of the order of this Court dated 31.07.2020 made in W.A.No.691 of 2019.

2. When the Contempt Petition is taken up for hearing, Mr. C. Deepak Kumar, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.Mr.Dinesh Rajkumar, learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondent submitted that the respondent had complied with the order passed by this court in W.A.No.691 of 2019, hence, the Contempt Petition may be closed.

3. Recording the submissions made by the learned counsel on eider side, since the respondent had already complied with the orders of this Court, the Contempt Petition is closed. No costs.
