O R D E R

This Court, by an order dated 15.07.2013, in Crl.O.P.No.10529 of 2013, directed the third respondent police to conduct enquiry and proceed further in accordance with law, as early as possible, preferably within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of that order. Since the said order has not been complied with, within the stipulated time as directed by this Court, the present contempt petition has been filed.

2. When the contempt petition came up for hearing on 17.02.2015, this Court issued statutory notice to the respondent. Pursuant to the notice, the respondent appeared before this Court. The learned Government Advocate, (Criminal Side) submitted that on the basis of the complaint given by the petitioner, a case was registered in Crime No.81 of 2015, dated 14.03.2015, for the offence under Sections 342 and 384 I.P.C. and the same is under investigation. He has also produced a copy of the said First Information Report.

3. Since the order of this Court has been complied with, now nothing survives in this contempt petition and the contempt petition is closed.
