O R D E R

This Review Application has been filed to review the order dated 12.01.2023 in C.R.P. No. 1610 of 2019, passed by this Court.

2. Heard the learned counsel for both sides and perused the materials available on record.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that, though the petitioner is ready to pay the amount as per the surcharge proceedings, there was a small error in calculation. Therefore, the counsel requested the second respondent to submit a calculation memo, and accordingly, the petitioner is ready to settle the amount as per the surcharge proceedings. 2/4

4. In view of the above submission, the second respondent is directed to furnish a fresh calculation memo as per the surcharge proceedings and the petitioner is directed to pay the amount as per the fresh calculation memo. It is made clear that the interest shall not exceed 10%.

5. With the above directions, this Review Application is disposed of. No costs.
