ORDER

I have heard Mr.T.Sundaravadanam, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.A.Aruldoss, learned Government Advocate accepting notice for respondents 1 to 3. In the view of the order this Court proposes to pass in this writ petition, notice to the fourth respondent is dispensed with and the writ petition itself is taken up for final disposal.

2. The petitioner seeks a direction to respondents 1 to 3 to consider his representation dated 12.11.2019 wherein he made a request to the Authorities to cancel the revenue entries made in the patta land survey records in S.No.3/1 to the extent of 1.33 acres, S.No.7/2 to the extent of 48 cents, S.No.7/3C to the extent of 69 cents, S.No.7/3B to the extent of 65 cents and S.No.8 to the extent of 75 cents in Aaraneri Village, Sriperumbudur Taluk, Kancheepuram District.

3. The learned Government Advocate appearing for respondents 1 to 3 has produced written instructions given to him by the third respondent dated 05.3.2020, in which, it is seen that the enquiry has been fixed on 11.3.2020.

4. It goes without saying that not only the petitioner shall be put on notice, but also the fourth respondent shall be heard in the matter. After issuing notice to both parties and hearing them, the third respondent shall consider the representation of the petitioner dated 12.11.2019 and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law within a period of six weeks from the date, on which, the enquiry is concluded.

5. With the above direction, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
