ORDER

The petitioner, who apprehends arrest for the alleged offence under Sections 420 and 120B of IPC r/w Section 66D of IT(A) Act in Cr.No.243 of 2025 on the file of the respondent police seeks anticipatory bail.

2. Today, there is no representation for the petitioner.

3. This Court by an earlier order dated 28.04.2025, directed the petitioner to appear before the respondent police from 05.05.2025 to 09.05.2025 at 10.30 a.m.. However, it is reported by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) that the petitioner has not appeared before them.

4. Considering the fact that the interim order granted by this Court was not complied by the petitioner. Hence, I am not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

5. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed. 10.10.2025 Vv To 2/4
