The present criminal original petitions have been filed seeking to grant leave to the petitioner / complainant to prosecute the above criminal appeals before this Court against the orders of acquittal dated 22.11.2022 made in S.T.C.Nos.5526 and 5527 of 2021 on the file of the Metropolitan Magistrate, FTC II, Allikulam.
2. The learned counsel for the respondent has no objection for this petition being allowed.
3. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the accompanying affidavit filed in support of these petitions, these petitions stands allowed and leave is granted to the petitioner to prosecute the appeals.
4. Registry is directed to number the criminal appeals, if the papers are otherwise in order and post the main case for admission.
