ORDER

[Order of the Court was made by M.SATHYANARAYANAN, J.] The petitioner is the father of the detenue, namely Sneha, aged about 17 years. The detenue studied upto 10th Standard and was employed in KPR Spinning Mill at Sathyamangalam. It is the case of the petitioner that on 16.02.2019, he was returning from his native Village along with his daughter/detenue herein and after alighting from the bus at Kallakurichi Bus stand and taking tea, when he was about to board the bus, he found his daughter missing and despite search made, he is unable to trace his daughter and therefore, lodged a compliant, based on which, the respondent has registered a case in Crime No.137 of 2019 for ''Girl Missing''.

2. The matter was listed for admission on 27.02.2019 and this Court has ordered notice . When the matter is listed today, the detenue is produced by the respondent before this Court and on enquiry she would state that her mother had scolded her that she is not doing proper work in the Mill where she is employed and she went on her own volition. The detenue further stated that she is interested in pursuing her academic career and she https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

is also willing to go with her parents who are also present before this Court.

3. The parents of the detenue was also enquired and they would state that they will take care of their daughter and if she is willing to pursue her academic career, they are ready to admit her in a local Government School also.

4. In the light of the fact that the detenue is a minor and she has been traced and she also expressed her willingness to go with the parents, who are present before this Court, no further orders are necessary in this Habeas Corpus Petition.
