This petition has been filed to modify the condition imposed on the petitioner to appear before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m. and 05.30 p.m. for the period of three months and thereafter, on every Saturday at 10.30 a.m. till filing of final report and after that, he shall appear before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation in the above Crl.O.P.No.31433 of 2022 dated 31.01.2023.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is duly complying the condition imposed on him. However, the petitioner is not able to comply the condition twice a day and the appearance may be modified with a direction until further orders. Therefore, he has filed this petition to modify the condition. 1/3

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that so far, the petitioner has not complied the condition imposed by this court.

4. Considering the above submission, the condition to report before the respondent police is modified to that effect that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police daily evening at 05.30 p.m., for the period of three months.

5. Except the above modification, the other conditions imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P. No. 31433 of 2022 vide order dated 31.01.2023 shall remain unalterted.

6. Time is extended for further period of two weeks for execution of sureties from the date of receipt of copy of this order. 17.03.2023 rpp 2/3
