PRAYER: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India, praying for the issuance of Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents to consider my representations dated 01.01.2026 and 05.01.2026 thereby directing the Respondents R-2 and R-8 to ensure free legal assistance for the Petitioner's Mother Vasuki stranded at Malaysia by engaging an Advocate either from the funds of the Government of Tamil Nadu or from the Indian Community Welfare Funds (ICWF) to present on her behalf before the competent Malaysian Authorities to prove her innocence and to repatriate back to India and further to direct the R-1 and R-9 to take steps to issue Look Out Circular, Provisional Arrest and Extradition of the three illegal Unregistered Recruiting Agents R-11, R-12 and R-13.

ORDER
This Writ Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondents to consider the petitioner's representations dated 01.01.2026 and 05.01.2026 and consequently direct Respondents 2 and 8 to ensure free legal assistance to the Petitioner's Mother, namely, Vasuki, who is stranded in Malaysia, by engaging an Advocate either from the funds of the Government of Tamil Nadu or from the Indian Community Welfare Funds (ICWF), to represent her before the competent Malaysian Authorities, establish her innocence, and facilitate her repatriation to India. The petitioner has also sought a direction to respondents 1
and 9 to take steps for issuance of a Look Out Circular, provisional arrest and extradition of Respondents 11, 12 and 13, who are alleged to be illegal and unregistered recruiting agents.
2. The learned Central Government Standing Counsel appearing for the Respondents 1 to 4 submitted that the relief sought in the writ petition has already been complied with by providing adequate legal assistance to the petitioner's mother through the High Commission of India in Malaysia.
3. Recording the said submissions, this writ petition stands closed. No costs.
