Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus forbearing the Respondents 1&2 from accepting and registering any Sale Deed or other Transfer Deeds fabricated and presented by the 3rd Respondent, her men, agents or any other land grabbers in respect of the petitioner's absolute two vacant residential plot Nos.25&26 comprised in Cadastre No.918 Part, R.S.No.78/2A/10B & Patta No.828 situated at Vasan Nagar, No.39, Karuvadikuppam Revenue Village, Oulgaret Commune, Puducherry and measuring East-West 50 ft., on both sides and North-South 60ft. on both sides i.e., 3000 sq.ft., by ignoring the mandatory provisions contained under the Registration Act, 1908 and the Pondicherry Registration Rules 1969.
