ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the Respondent 1/4

Police to complete the investigation to file a final report before the appropriate Court in accordance with law in Crime No.68 of 2021 dated 25.06.2021.

2.When the matter is taken up, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) submitted that investigation in this case is completed and final report filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Alandur. He further submitted that the case is not taken on file so far. 3.In the light of the submission of learned Government Advocate (Criminal side), this Court is of the view that no order need to be passed in this petition. At the same time, this Court directs the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Alandur, to take on file the final report in Crime No.68 of 2021 immediately, if it is filed in accordance with law. 4.With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
