2. The learned counsel appearing for the respondent brought to the notice of this Court that the writ appeal filed by the respondent was dismissed by the Hon'ble Division Bench of this Court and the respondent has preferred a Special Leave Petition in SLP No.12675 of 2022 on 23.04.2022 before the Hon'ble Supreme Court of India and the appeal is yet to be taken up for hearing.
3. In the aforestated circumstances, this sub-application need not be entertained. The petitioner is at liberty to restore the contempt petition, if necessary, after the disposal of the appeal filed by the respondent before the Hon'ble Supreme Court of India.
