This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondent to file a final report based on the Crime No.34 of 2016, dated 20.01.2016 to the respondent.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the Respondent.

3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent submitted that a case in Crime No.34 of 2016 has been registered by the respondent police. 4.In view of the above, the Criminal Original Petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondent police to complete the investigation and file the final report as expeditiously as possible.
