Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking issuance of a Writ of Mandamus directing the third respondent to consider and conduct an enquiry based on the petitioner's representation dated 11.12.2024 by giving sufficient notices and opportunities to the petitioner and sixth respondent and to cancel the Patta No.134 which stands in the name of the sixth respondent and to issue patta in favour of the petitioner for the land measuring 0-14.00 Ares S.No.361/5B of Thalanatham Revenue Village, Pappireddypatty Taluk, Dharmapuri District within a time stipulated by this Court. This writ petition has been filed seeking issuance of a writ of mandamus directing the third respondent to consider the representation made by the petitioner on 11.12.2024 wherein the petitioner has sought for the cancellation of patta that stands in the name of the sixth respondent with respect to the subject property.
2. Heard Mr.A.Ilayaperumal, learned counsel for petitioner and Mr.A.Selvendran, learned Special Government Pleader appearing for respondents 1 to 5.

3. The grievance of the petitioner is that the fourth respondent has issued a patta in favour of the sixth respondent, who does not have any right or title over the subject property. Hence, the petitioner made a representation dated 11.12.2024 to the respondents 1 to 5 seeking for cancelling the patta that stands in the name of the sixth respondent. The second respondent, through communication dated 30.12.2024, forwarded the representation to the third respondent. Thereafter, there was absolutely no progress. It is under these circumstances, the present writ petition has been filed before this Court.

Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case and considering the materials placed before this Court, there shall be a direction to the third respondent to deal with the representation dated 11.12.2024 made by the petitioner, which was forwarded by the second respondent through communication dated 30.12.2024 after affording opportunity to the fifth respondent and pass final orders on its own merits and in accordance with law within a period of eight (8) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
