These applications have been filed to condone the delay of 405 days in filing of the 1st defendant's written statement in the above suits.

2.Mr.R.Swaminathan, learned counsel for the respondent/plaintiff has no serious objection for the delay being condoned and the written statement of the 1st defendant being received. I have gone through the affidavits filed supports of these applications and I am satisfied with the reasons assigned therein. These applications are ordered.

3.Post the matter on 02.08.2024 for filing draft issues.
