PRAYER: Criminal Original Petition is filed under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, to direct the first respondent to pass final orders in the proceedings in M.C.No.522 of 2021 being the enquiry under Section 147 of Cr.P.C on the complaint of the petitioner dated 21.12.2021. ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed directing the first respondent to pass final orders in the proceedings in M.C.No.522 of 2021 being the enquiry under Section 147 of Cr.P.C on the complaint of the petitioner dated 21.12.2021.

2. It is the submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner that the second respondent fenced the land at R.S.No.187/11/A pt with iron wire mesh all around by blocking the pathway and preventing the petitioner's easementary right of the land as pathway. In this regard, the first respondent had conducted enquiry in M.C.No.522 of 2021. So far, no final order is passed and therefore, this petition.

3. In response, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor (Puducherry) submitted that the final order is to be passed within a period of two weeks.

4. Therefore, this Court directs the first respondent to dispose and pass final order in M.C.No.522 of 2021, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
