Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, after calling for the concerned records relating to the order of the First Respondent in Na.Ka.No.1512/A4/2014 dated 29.05.2014 and quash the same as being illegal arbitrary, Malafide and consequently direct the respondents to process the petitioner's applications dated 02.08.2010 and 02.04.2014 and grant recognition to the petitioner school for commencing Nursery & Primary School in the name and style of Kids Park

Nursery & Primary School as sought for.

This writ petition has been filed to quash the order of the first respondent dated 29.05.2014 and to direct the respondents to process the petitioner's applications dated 02.08.2010 and 02.04.2014 and grant recognition to the petitioner school for commencing Nursery & Primary School in the name and style of Kids Park Nursery & Primary School.

2.Though the petitioner has filed this writ petition, challenging the order passed by the first respondent, the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that it would suffice, if a direction is given to the respondents to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 04.06.2014, which was submitted by the petitioner, subsequent to the filing of this writ petition.

3.In view of the submission so made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Court, directs the respondents to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 04.06.2014, if not already considered and pass appropriate orders, on merits and as per law, after affording an opportunity of personal hearing to the petitioner, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4.Accordingly, the writ petition stands disposed of. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is also closed.
