Ticket Seller in deviation to the conditions of approval granted by the 1st respondent dated 06.09.2012 made in Mu.Mu.No.41476/2012/H2 and consequently direct the 3rd respondent to absorb the petitioner for the post of Ticket Seller, as per the proceedings of the 1st respondent dated 04.08.1995 made in Circular No.11/95 and pass such further orders. When the matter was taken up for hearing on 11.03.2024, there was no representation for the petitioner. Hence, this Court directed the Registry to list the matter under the caption "For Dismissal" on 12.03.2024.

2. Today, 12.03.2024, when the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner, the learned Government Advocate (HR & CE) appearing for respondents 1 and 2, and the learned counsel appearing for respondents 3 and 4 are present in Court. 2/4

3. Learned Government Advocate (HR & CE) appearing for respondents 1 and 2 submitted that the petitioner has already been regularized and he has also sent a letter to withdraw the present writ petition.

4. In view of the above submission made by the learned Government Advocate (HR & CE), nothing survives in this writ petition for further adjudication.

5. In the result, the writ petition stands dismissed as infructuous. No costs.
