O R D E R

This application has been filed to reopen the Contempt Petition No.410 of 2022.

2. After filing of the Contempt Petition, the Block Development Officer permitted the petitioner to join duty and recording the same, the Contempt Petition was closed, vide order dated 23.06.2022.

3. According to the learned counsel for the petitioner, though the respondent Panchayat has permitted the petitioner to join duty, the salary has not been paid to the petitioner from June 2023.

4. The contempt petitioner has not placed any material before this Court to show that he was not allowed to join duty. As regards payment of 2 / 4

salary to the petitioner, it is for him to work out his remedy before the Panchayat.
