Respondents Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for a writ of habeas corpus, to direct the 1st respondent to produce the body of the detenue namely Sandhya, F/A 18 years, daughter of Late. Ravi, before this Court and set her at liberty.

ORDER

(Order of the Court was delivered by M.M.SUNDRESH, J.) The petitioner is the mother of the detenue - Ms.Sandhya, aged 18 years. This petition has been filed by her seeking a direction to the 1st respondent for the production of her minor daughter.

2. Today, the detenue, her mother, the second respondent and his wife are present before us. While the detenue has expressed her desire to be with the petitioner, the respondent has agreed to be with his wife. He has also agreed that he would not disturb the detenue.
