ORDER

This Court, by an order dated 29.1.2014 in W.P.No.2168 of 2014, directed the respondents herein to https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ consider the representation of the petitioner dated

19.12.2013 and pass appropriate orders within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of that order. Alleging that the said order has not been complied with, the present contempt petition has been filed.

2. Today, when the matter was taken up for consideration, learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents submitted that as per the direction of this Court, the first respondent herein has passed an order dated 17.4.2015 on the representation of the petitioner, by rejecting the same. He has also produced a copy of the said order.

3. Since the order of this Court has been complied with, I am of the opinion, nothing survives in this contempt petition and hence, the contempt petition is closed. However, if the petitioner is aggrieved over the said order, he is at liberty to work out his remedy in the manner known to law, if he is so advised.
