Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition imposed by this Hon'ble Court that the petitioner is to appear before the Respondent Police daily at 10.30 a.m., until further orders passed by this Hon'ble Court in Crl.OP.No.1946 of 2022, dated 01.02.2022 and thus render justice. Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.D.DEVENDRAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of M/S.S.SANTHOSH, Govt. Advocate ( Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the conditions imposed in Crl.OP.No.1946 of 2022 dated 01.02.2022.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent police has submitted that the charge sheet not yet filed, hence, the petition for relaxation is modified to the effect that petitioner shall report before the Investigation Officer on every Monday at 10.30a.m., instead of daily at 10.30 a.m. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3. Recording the same, the conditions imposed on the petitioner to report before the Investigating Officer daily at 10.30 a.m., until further Orders, is modified to the effect that he should report before the Investigating Officer on every Monday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.
