2. Heard Mr.D.Bhaskaran, learned counsel for the petitioner/appellant and M/s.Ramya V.Rao, learned counsel, who takes notice on behalf of the respondents 1 and 2.

3. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, this petition is allowed and the delay of 24 days in filing the above appeal in C.M.A.Sr.No.27533 of 2020 is condoned.

4. The Registry is directed to number the appeal, if it is otherwise in order and list the same for admission on 17.11.2022.
