This Contempt Petition has been filed alleging willful disobedience of the order and direction issued by this Court, in W.P.No.24880 of 2016, dated 29.08.2016. The learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondent submits that, as per the order passed by this Court, the petitioner's mining application has been https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ considered and disposed of by the respondent, by order,

dated 31.01.2018. This submission is disputed by the learned counsel appearing for the contempt petitioner. 2.

In the light of the above, this Contempt Petition stands closed, with a direction, directing the respondent to dispose of the petitioner's mining application, if not already disposed of, within a period of one week from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, in pursuance of this contempt issue, and if the petitioner is aggrieved by the order, they are at liberty to workout the remedy in the manner known to law.
