ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to quash the FIR registered in Crime No.881 of 2020 on the file of the 1st respondent Police.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the first respondent submitted that already investigation has been completed and final report was filed before the Judicial Magistrate No.II, Wallajah and the same has been taken cognizance in C.C.No.21 of 2022. Therefore, the prayer sought for in this petition has become infructuous.

3. In view of the submission, this Criminal Original Petition stands dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
