The present Contempt Petition has been filed alleging non-compliance of the order passed in W.P.No.4526 of 2014 dated 21.02.2014.

2. It is represented that the order, which is the subject matter of contempt, has been modified vide judgment dated 02.12.2014 in W.A.No.1053 of 2014 filed by the official respondents.

In the light of the said development, nothing remains for further adjudication in this Contempt Petition. Therefore, the Contempt Petition is closed.
