(Order of the Court was made by S.S.SUNDAR, J) These applications have been filed to condone the delay of 210 days in filing the petition to set aside the abatement caused due to the death of the second appellant, set aside the abatement and to bring on record the legal heirs of the deceased second appellant.

2. This Court is convinced with the reasons stated in the affidavits filed in support of the petitions and the relationship is also not in dispute. Hence, these applications are ordered.

3. Registry is directed to carry out necessary amendment in the cause title.
